Since 1969, the PCRERC has partnered with The University of Arizona Office of Economic Development to publish the most comprehensive real estate related (STATISTICAL) data for all property types in metropolitan Tucson and assembled many of the brightest leaders in business and government on a quarterly basis to exchange knowledge about current and planned land-use and economic development activities IN TUCSON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS.
PCRERC is a private, not-for-profit entity, featuring a diverse membership of Real Estate developers, bankers, appraisers, consultants to the real estate industry, governmental planners and demographers, and business leaders.
